Wellbeing Suite
The Wellbeing Suite is a collection of minimalist, privacy-first Android applications designed to quantify your digital and physical habits, anchoring your personal metrics securely to the Nostr network.
Built on the principles of self-sovereignty and immutable record-keeping, the suite leverages specialized Nostr event kinds, NIP-44 encryption, and Amber background signing to turn your daily activity into a decentralized archive.

Architecture
The Wellbeing Suite employs a specialized Nostr architecture tailored for high-frequency, personal data logging:
- Parameterizable Replaceable Events: Most apps utilize 30000-range event kinds with
<YYYY-MM-DD>dtags to maintain clean, rolling daily archives without spamming relays. - Secure Background Signing: By integrating deeply with Amber (NostrSigner), the apps securely automate event signing in the background without exposing your private keys.
- Micro-Relay Discovery: The suite utilizes a 2-stage NIP-65 discovery flow, falling back to Wellbeing-specific Micro-Relay markers (Kind
10323) to route traffic to dedicated telemetry relays.
