This has to be one of the most interesting and positive takes on getting laid off I’ve seen. It’s better to give folks time and resources to adjust to the future than let it be a surprise when it’s too late.
Sharing some super high level thoughts. Was a shocking day yesterday no doubt, but as the evening went on, I was honestly just overwhelmed with excitement.
