You know what the problem is? You’ve just simply described an empathic, educated person who cares about reality. So the conclusion is a bit frightening, because it suggests most people are super ignorant. And yes, anyone can live the life this way, with zero fucks given. Probability, the randomness, allows for the use of “fuck that knowledge mode” and survivability of such people is still high. Sometimes I think, if people who have actual knowledge have disappeared, humanity would fucking collapse in 24h. Those so called “autists”, who actually know something may be the hidden core of this world
