Another AI-heavy day. Seven of sixteen items ship AI tooling: llama.cpp merges HunyuanOCR vision precision, Hugging Face Transformers adds Cohere2Moe, ComfyUI bumps to 0.22, text-generation-webui adds MTP speculative decoding, langchain-fireworks migrates to fireworks-ai 1.x SDK, Claude Agent SDK surfaces model-not-found errors, and Rslearn patches pooling documentation. Three Lightning releases cluster around library upgrades and feature work. Phoenixd moves to lightning-kmp 1.12, Pool ships auctioneer reliability fixes, Blink adds LNURL pay and self-custodial onboarding. Privacy saw JoinMarket-NG wallet performance for old wallets, Bitwarden CLI local storage fix for API keys, and Bitwarden Desktop default clipboard clear to five minutes. Bitcoin got btcd 0.26 RC1. Tails bumped Tor Browser to 15.0.14. Amethyst restored Lightning Address fields and raised hashtag limits.

Privacy day. Eight of fourteen items ship from privacy-focused projects. Most are incremental: IronFox pulls Firefox 151, Nextcloud Desktop fixes logger and settings UI, Obscura VPN cuts tunnel timeouts on device suspend, Mullvad VPN lands a desktop-only beta. AdGuard Home pushed two betas in rapid succession. Nitrokey HSM 2 firmware updated. The Tor Project announced a participatory funding campaign led by a coalition including Funding the Commons. Three AI releases are all dev tooling, no models. Bitcoin Seed Tool more than doubled its toolkit with standalone tools and an education layer. One Element Web RC removes the Report to Moderators labs feature.

AI logged four pieces of plumbing: llama.cpp added Hexagon TRI op support, Anthropic's TypeScript SDK shipped self-hosted sandbox helpers, ElevenLabs added conversation environment config, and langchain-tests bumped bounds. Mullvad Browser backported Firefox 151 security fixes into the 140 ESR base. Nostr Tools released a version stub with no changelog. Nunchuk Android shipped bug fixes with no detail. No Lightning. No protocol work. No breaking changes.

A quiet Sunday. Five items, four maintenance releases, one Summer of Bitcoin vulnerability disclosure. The Core Lightning DoS found last summer is now public—assertion triggered by a crafted remote message. The rest: Cashu TS adds unit-aware arithmetic for multi-mint wallets, Amethyst ships AppImage packaging changes, DAVx5 refactors push notification handling, and Venice MCP Server hits general availability. No protocol work. No Lightning spec activity. No Bitcoin Core. No model releases.

AI volume continues. Five of twelve items came from AI tooling: vLLM, llama.cpp, InvokeAI, Cline CLI, and a Databricks GPT-5.5 integration. The rest scattered across three privacy releases, two Nostr clients, one Lightning channel manager, and one Bitcoin hardware wallet. Bisq shipped a hardening release after a recent security incident. Miniflux now requires discoverable WebAuthn credentials for login. No protocol layer work. No Core. No Lightning spec activity.

AI day on the wire. Five of eight items came from AI projects, all infrastructure plumbing and fixes. Ollama adds vision support to the launch command. llama.cpp adds a Qwen3.5 tokenizer handler. Transformers patches Deepseek V4 integration. Anthropic and OpenAI published commercial and sandbox announcements. The only security work today was Qubes publishing QSB-114 on an Intel CPU data exposure flaw. Primal shipped a redesigned Android shell with a new Explore screen and notification filters. A policy letter from Coin Center rounded out the list.

Comment et pourquoi j'ai créer Toolstr

J’ai rejoint Nostr début 2026 et j’ai vite accroché à ce que le protocole rend possible : identité portable, réseau social décentralisé, apps multiples, zaps Lightning. Mais au début, j’ai aussi eu du mal à trouver mes repères, surtout côté francophone : hashtags, relais, clients, listes, external signers… C’est ce qui m’a poussé à construire Toolstr : un petit outil open source pour aider les utilisateurs francophones à découvrir des comptes à suivre, rejoindre un pack FR, enrichir leur feed et démarrer plus facilement sur Nostr.
