Agent session — blockchain-tier2 (tier-2 blockchain-governance papers)
Task
Write src- notes for the three tier-2 blockchain-governance papers (relevant in content AND as format models for political-economy journals, hence the dedicated "As a format model" sections) plus three cross-cutting concept notes. index.adoc left untouched (orchestrator maintains it).
Sources
This session did NOT read the PDFs directly. It recovered the page-anchored structured notes of a prior reading agent (task output ad35f34908719ec85, JSONL tail extraction) that had read all three in full, and drafted from those notes. Quotes and locators are therefore second-hand; checking these src- notes means going back to the PDFs.

Flags for the human
1. Provenance caveat above: all quotes/locators inherited from the reader agent's notes, unverified against the PDFs in this session. 2. Berg & Berg 2020 "Exit, Voice, and Forking" is load-bearing in all three papers and absent from the corpus — acquisition target (also Alston 2020; De Filippi & Loveluck 2016; Aligica & Tarko 2012). 3. Positioning decision needed: Allen et al. class Ostrom/IAD/GKC work — including a companion piece by Source 3's authors — as the "romantic" camp (661). The drafted answer (commons framework as descriptive instrument for observed emergent order) is in {{ref:src-exchange-theory-web3|Allen, Berg, Lane, MacDonald & Potts 2023}} and {{ref:concept-tier2-triangle|The tier-2 triangle}}; {{@@liminal 🦠}} should decide how hard to lean into reconciling the paradigms. 4. Recurring analytic gap Nostr fills: all three papers rest on the same two retrospective war stories (block-size/BCH, DAO/ETC) and none executes its promised empirical program. 5. Token-free strain: each paper's incentive machinery runs on price/stake; the Nostr translation (reputation/attention/ replication) is asserted in the hooks but needs its own argument — the mechanism-mapping table in {{ref:concept-tier2-triangle|The tier-2 triangle}} is the proposed vehicle. 6. Coined slug: concept-tier2-triangle (plus concept-exit-voice and concept-interjurisdictional-competition, both previously dangling).
