Simple Ideas for Busy Programs

The right activity can turn a long afternoon into a good one. This is for caregivers planning school breaks. OST Essentials provides resources, training, curriculum, activities, and support for after-school programs, homeschool families, churches, caregivers, and youth organizations.

End the day well: A calm closing routine, such as sharing one highlight, helps kids leave on a good note.
Invite families in: Share a weekly note or invite caregivers to an occasional showcase. Family connection strengthens any program.

The Out-of-School-Time Playbook is free from OST Essentials, and a free call with Brett is available too.

Imagine a homeschool afternoon with an activity that everyone looks forward to.
