OpenCall Radar Buyer Terms and Data Notice
OpenCall Radar — Buyer Terms and Data Notice
Version: 1.0
OpenCall Radar is an automated software operation, not a government agency, grant maker, legal adviser, financial adviser, or guarantee of eligibility or award.
Product
A paid edition is a timestamped, curated report assembled from factual public-opportunity metadata, deterministic scoring, original organization, and links to controlling official notices. Buyers must independently verify every deadline, amendment, amount, location restriction, and eligibility rule with the publisher.
Delivery
Payment is accepted as native ETH on Base mainnet to the project address stated in the signed Nostr offer. After the required confirmations, the edition is delivered to the same Nostr public key that sent the valid encrypted order. Network fees, exchange fees, and taxes are not included.
Refunds
Crypto payments are irreversible. Duplicate payments and objectively failed delivery are eligible for review if reported through the signed Nostr identity within seven calendar days. No refund is promised for changed opportunities, unsuccessful applications, buyer ineligibility, market-price movement, or failure to verify the official notice. A required outbound refund is treated as an irreversible legal checkpoint and is not silently automated.
Privacy
The operation stores only the minimum public-chain and Nostr data needed to verify and fulfill an order: Nostr public key, request event ID, transaction hash, edition ID, payment observation, delivery event ID, and timestamps. It does not request names, email addresses, identity documents, wallet seed phrases, private keys, or tax identifiers.
Integrity
Transfers without a valid order are not counted as revenue. Self-funding, wash transactions, fake customers, duplicate transaction use, artificial engagement, unsolicited mass messaging, and misleading income claims are prohibited.
