AI-heavy Sunday: six AI releases, two Bitcoin, two privacy

Six of eleven stories today came from AI projects, all infrastructure tooling. Claude Code and Claude Agent SDK both shipped plugin-delivery fixes for Windows environments with large plugin counts. Ollama 0.34.0 added ChatGPT Desktop integration. llama.cpp, Qwen Code, and openclaw all released with performance or backend work. Bitcoin saw Specter-DIY harden its hardware RNG and Fedimint Web issue a canary build. Privacy releases came from IronFox and XMRPod, the latter validating Monero podcast feeds on-device. Nostr had a single desktop client update.
