Qubes OS 4.3.2 stable lands amid a 24-release volume day
Qubes OS 4.3.2 is the one structural release on the wire, a stable cut landing inside a Privacy beat otherwise stacked with routine client bumps from Bitwarden and a GrapheneOS factory image. AI posted nine releases and none ship new models, mostly coding-tool and agent-SDK point updates (Qwen Code, Cline Desktop, llama.cpp, Claude Agent SDK). Bitcoin's five items are incremental: Phoenix and Bitcoin Keeper bug fixes, Ledger Live's matched mobile/desktop version bump, and a Payjoin Dev Kit interface change. Nostr and Self-hosting round out the day with single-digit point releases, no security advisories attached to either.
Bitcoin
- Phoenix 2.8.4. Bug fix release only; no action implied beyond routine update.
- Payjoin Dev Kit Release 1.2.0. Adds a non-blocking receiver state machine interface; relevant for integrators building async Payjoin receivers.
- Bitcoin Keeper 2.5.16. Fixes an Ask Keeper UI bug where content could leak across tabs or block tab switching.
- Ledger Live Mobile 4.23.0. Minor changes only; check changelog before updating hardware-wallet companion app.
- Ledger Live Desktop 4.23.0. Matches the mobile 4.23.0 bump; minor changes only.
Nostr
- Mostro Mobile 1.5.0. New version of the Mostro P2P Bitcoin trading app; check changelog for trade-flow changes.
- nostream 3.2.0. Minor release; check changelog if self-hosting a Nostr relay on this codebase.
Privacy
- Qubes OS 4.3.2. Stable release; dom0 and template operators should plan the upgrade path from 4.3.x.
- Bitwarden Android Authenticator 2026.9.1. Includes a password-mask fix and master-password hashing change; routine update.
- Bitwarden iOS Authenticator 2026.9.1. PM-32153 Split master password authentication/unlock data in register-finish request; PM-37877 Implement SDK KM state bridge.
- Bitwarden iOS Password Manager 2026.9.1. Clearer password-generator actions plus the same auth-data split as the iOS Authenticator release.
- Logseq Desktop app Nightly Release 20261002. Nightly build; expect instability relative to the stable channel.
- 2026100200. New GrapheneOS factory image across the full Pixel 6-10 lineup; routine security-update cycle.
Self-hosting
- Immich 3.3.0-rc.2. Release candidate, not stable; hold off on production photo-server upgrades.
- Actual Budget 26.10.0. Desktop builds may lag on Microsoft Store; direct download gets the update faster.
AI
- Qwen Code 0.24.7-nightly.20261002.a011f66944. Nightly fixes for tool-discovery text alignment, cross-directory permission approval, and CLI Enter-key handling.
- openclaw 2026.9.8. - formatted for people, with expandable sections; Changelog - plain Markdown for AI agents and tools.
- Cline Desktop 0.0.43. Introduces Connectors with a one-time onboarding dialog; existing users will see a new UI prompt.
- llama.cpp b11365. Fixes a soft-max-back output bug triggered by graph-allocator aliasing; affects custom ggml backprop usage.
- langchain-text-splitters== 1.1.3. Dependency bumps only; no functional change to splitter behavior.
- LocalAI 4.11.0. Audio scenes and remembered speakers - combine speech-to-text, speaker diarization, sound-event detection, and speaker identification.
- HelixML 2.12.27. Restores debug-shell TTY in desktop setup and unarchive on spec task tabs; fixes for recent regressions.
- Deepseek Harness 0.2.1-alpha.1. Alpha release of the Claude Code-based coding harness; expect rough edges.
- Claude Agent Sdk Typescript 0.3.288. Brings the TypeScript SDK to parity with Claude Code v2.1.288; update via npm/yarn/pnpm/bun as usual.
