Mostro is a production-ready, censorship-resistant, non-custodial peer-to-peer exchange built on Nostr and the Lightning Network. This version focuses on stability and operational fixes, including improvements to dev fee handling to prevent duplicate or unnecessary Lightning queries, proper payment status checks, automatic dispute closure on cooperative cancellations, added rate limiting to a sensitive RPC endpoint, documentation and README updates (including client changes), and maintenance tasks such as a Rust toolchain upgrade.
