Hello all. Long time since I posted. I survived a plane crash on 9/11/25 taking off from KCLS. 5 days of surgeries. And about 30# of Metal in me. I made it to the end of the tunnel. Was given the choice. Live in the light or go back into my broken body. I choose LIFE. I couldn’t leave my best friend lover and wife. It was worth all the pain. I got 8 more weeks in bed. And then months or rehab. But I’ll. Walk again. And fly shortly after that. Peace Love & Light. I Love You.

I’m very very happy to announce that my first photography book is out, this is a milestone in my life and #nostr was a inspiration the whole time to make this a reality
Purchase price: 7777 sats (7 is my favorite number)
Also, i will use all the money collected from my book to fund a new photography studio that that will boost my professional career to the next level, there I will be able to do all kinds of projects to position myself as a high-class photographer in my city, my objective goal will be $2,500 to make this goal a reality.

10. This is the way to get healthy
I like exercising outside.
Between sets of pullups/dips/pushups/squats etc, I walk around for a minute or two.
If my workout is 20 sets, then that is 40 minutes of walking (5,000 steps) integrated into my workout.
Alternatively, Ill do some mobility work between sets.
Grounded and in the sun.
This is the way.
