I’m BTC-FannyPacker, excited to dive into this awesome community! I’m a devoted wife to my incredible husband, BTC-BackPacker, and a proud mom to our three amazing kids. Our family is my heart and soul, and I love homeschooling our children, teaching them about Bitcoin, critical thinking, and the importance of questioning the world around us.
I’m passionate about Bitcoin and work alongside BTC-BackPacker to “orange pill” others, spreading the gospel of financial freedom. I’m also a home cook who loves creating nourishing meals, a gardener who finds peace in growing our own food, and a strong advocate for clean eating—something I hold close, especially while navigating my journey with stage 4 cancer. Malbec fermentation has begun!
For this wine, I pick up fresh grapes from a nearby vineyard and crush/destem them that day, then they get started on a 2 week fermentation journey before going into the barrel.
I’ll release this wine in 2027, but if you want to get a taste of what it will be like, I suggest zapsnagging 6 bottles of 2021 Malbec for 289k sats.

1. Nostr Ynstant Messenger - v1.5.5 - New Tool
Nostr Ynstant Messenger is a lightweight, ephemeral chat client built on the Nostr protocol. It enables anonymous, temporary messaging and integrates with Bitchat for seamless communication. The latest release is v1.5.5, and it introduces NSEC login for easier identity access and a new /zap command for quick interactions. We’ve also improved stability with better handling of failed relay connections and fixed a bug where saving settings could accidentally wipe your persistent identity profile. This is the latest release, and there were some more multiple releases last week.

3. Amethyst - v1.02.1
A Nostr client for Android focused on reliability and smooth user experience. This release upgrades AGP to 8.12.2, sets Quartz to Java 1_8, and adds a bootstrap relay list for inbox relays. It also improves account management by registering lists as account fields and fixes issues with deleting relays from certain relay lists. This is the latest release, and there were also releases of v1.02.0 and v1.01.0 last week.

Amber is a Nostr event signer for Android that keeps users’ nsec keys secure in a dedicated app. The latest v4.0.0 release refactors the app to use the new Quartz update, fixes reconnection issues, and introduces a kill switch feature for enhanced security. Bitchat is a decentralized peer-to-peer messaging app with dual transport: Bluetooth mesh networks for offline communication and the Nostr protocol for global messaging.
