• Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement - completed ☑️
• Compliance Filing - completed ☑️
• Employer Identification Number - assigned ☑️
• Opening Business Bank Account - in process (Friday 11AM meeting 08/28/26)
• Opening Stripe Account - in process (need aforementioned Business Bank Acct 1st)
Note: Bitcoin preferred. But, bank account still required for LLC.
