Introduction

There is a story being told about the coming war with Russia. It is a story about democracy, sovereignty, and existential threat. It is a lie.

The real story is about debt. It is about bankruptcy. It is about a continent that has run out of options and is preparing to sacrifice its own people to save its ruling class.

Here is how we got here.

1. European Colonialism: The Extraction Model That Never Ended

For centuries, Europe industrialized by draining the Global South. Resources. Labor. Land. The wealth of entire continents was funneled into European capitals to build factories, railways, and empires.

When direct colonial control ended, the extraction did not stop. It simply changed form. Debt. IMF conditionality. Manufactured conflicts. Structural adjustment programs. The mechanism evolved. The direction of wealth never did.

The colonial extraction model never ended. It just changed form.

2. CO2 as a Solution for Failing European Competitiveness

As the twentieth century gave way to the twenty-first, Europe faced a problem. It could no longer compete with developing nations on manufacturing cost. Labor was cheaper elsewhere. Regulation was lighter. Industry was hungrier.

So Europe invented a new weapon: climate change.

A tax regime was built around CO2. Carbon border adjustments. Emissions fees. The stated goal was saving the planet. The real goal was making products from the Global South artificially expensive in European markets while European green-subsidized industries captured the advantage.

A protectionist wolf in environmental clothing.

It failed. The rest of the world saw the scam and rejected it.

3. Stealing Russian Wealth as Plan B

Since the CO2 scam failed, Europe needed a Plan B. Its debt-based economies were not competitive on a global scale. The printing presses could only run for so long. A new asset was needed. A new collateral.

Russia had it. An estimated 75 trillion dollars in natural resources. Oil. Gas. Minerals. Timber. Everything Europe needed to backstop its collapsing financial system.

The plan was simple: colonize Russia. Steal its resources. Use them as collateral for printing new debt.

They used Ukraine as a proxy to weaken and break Russia and access its resources. That was the bet.

It failed spectacularly.

Sanctions backfired. Ukraine, with full financial and military support of NATO, failed to defeat Russia while the West depleted their military arsenal and went under hundreds of billions in new debt. In the meantime, energy costs exploded, European industry has become less competitive, Germany is deindustrialized, and the debt got worse.

4. The Only Escape: Default on Sovereign Debt

You cannot default on sovereign debt in peacetime without collapsing your currency, your banks, and your credibility.

But you can default if you are at war.

War justifies capital controls. War justifies emergency powers. War justifies debt restructuring. War makes the impossible politically survivable.

That is why every European politician, every NATO official, every EU bureaucrat is now openly saying: “Russia is coming. Prepare for war.”

They are not warning you. They are preparing you.

When the regime collapses, it is the easiest solution to point barbarians at the gate to the ignorant public to take their focus from real problems.

5. Prepare for the Reichstag

Since they cannot sell a war of choice, they will manufacture a war of necessity.

A false flag attack. Like the Reichstag fire. Like the Gulf of Tonkin. Like September 11.

Something that makes the public emotional, paralyzed, enraged, and demanding retaliation. Then the volunteers line up, the flags come out, and the dissent disappears.

6. And Here Is the Part They Will Never Say

War solves their budget problem.

Soldiers die: No pensions. No healthcare. No housing.

Rationing hits: The old and sick die first. Retirement liabilities vanish.

Economy shifts to war production: Unemployment disappears. Debt gets inflated away.

Your sacrifice is their solvency.

Your death is a fiscal event.

Your pension is a liability they want erased.

Your healthcare is a cost they want to cut.

Your future is collateral for their past.

They created this crisis. They will not pay for it.

You will.

Conclusion

The story of the coming war with Russia is not a story about freedom. It is not a story about democracy. It is not a story about defending civilization from barbarians at the gate.

It is a story about money. About debt. About a bankrupt continent that has run out of options and is preparing to sacrifice its own people to save its ruling class.

Follow the money. It tells you everything.
