Norse traditions & real COLD
Grabbing that huge piece of glass I went for a walk at the tail end of the blue light period. Not too many fancy images to grab, but I got this!

I had totally forgotten that there is a very old rowers club here :-)
This guy braved the cold, although its not very dramatic in terms of numbers its still something to gets to you down by the river…
But then again there are traditions and knowledge around managing that :-)
Actually rowing has some very deep, cultural connotations here, with stories and even an expression that was still in use a little in the eighties.
What was that about? Actually it was a warning to not get too drunk so that you’ll wake up as a slave on a galley!
Yeah, that happened into maybe even the early 1800s…
Which might be a story for later.
That’s it for this cold, but great day!
