Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Sweet Apples
  • 3-4 Medjol Dates
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract or 1-2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • optional: 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Directions

  1. Peel the oranges and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Core the apples and dates and mix with the vanilla extract or vanilla protein until a creamy
  3. Then alternately layer orange slices and cream in two tall glasses.
