Ingredients
- Chicken; whole, parts, or skinned and deboned
- Enough pickle juice to cover the chicken 1-3 cups
- Desired seasonings
Directions
- Place chicken in a bag or bowl
- Cover in pickle juice and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours
- Drain, season, and cook as desired
