Reports say blacklisted Chinese technology company Inspur continued obtaining advanced U.S. chips through its U.S. subsidiary, Aivres, which allegedly routed Nvidia hardware through Southeast Asia. Federal officials are investigating whether the arrangement exploited loopholes in export controls.
