A Document for the Awakening

Put together from a yarn between two brothers — one following the Bible, one honouring the Dreaming — both seeking the Creator above the state.

§INTRODUCTION

Let’s get one thing straight right up front. This document is not a political manifesto. It’s not a religious tract. It’s a call to remember.

We’ve been divided. We’ve been distracted. We’ve been told that our neighbour is our enemy, that our ancestors were savages, that our traditions are obsolete, and that the state alone can save us.

That’s all lies. Every word of it.

The enemy is not the Dreamtimer. The enemy is not the Christian. The enemy is not the Muslim, the Jew, or the unbeliever.

The enemy is the spirit of empire — the force that demands we bow to human authority above divine authority. The force that strips us of our memory, our land, our kids, and our souls.

This document is for anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear. If that’s you, keep reading.

§PART ONE: THE DOUBLE STANDARD

§The “Savage” Label

Have a proper look at ancient Judaism. By modern standards, some of its laws would be called savage:

• Stoning for certain offences

• Blood sacrifices

• Tribal warfare sanctioned by God Himself

Christians don’t call that savage. They call it context — God’s revealed law for a specific time and a specific people. Fair enough.

But when Aboriginal Dreaming has similar elements — ritual, strict tribal boundaries, harsh penalties for breaking sacred law — suddenly it’s “primitive” and “backward.”

That’s a double standard, mate. Plain and simple.

“Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but fail to notice the beam in your own eye?” — Matthew 7:3

§The Timeline

Western society had thousands of years to evolve from tribal law to modern jurisprudence. Thousands.

Aboriginal Australians got 200 years of systematic disruption — massacre, displacement, child removal, language loss — and they’re expected to have caught up overnight.

Give me a break.

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged.” — Matthew 7:1-2

§Modern Savagery

Here’s the uncomfortable truth. We’re still savage today. We just wear suits and use technology.

Nothing’s changed. Only the props.

“There is nothing new under the sun.” — Ecclesiastes 1:9

§PART TWO: THE FAILURE OF THE CHURCH

§When the Church Followed the State

I’ll say it plainly, because it needs saying. During COVID, a stack of churches followed government mandates with more zeal than they followed the Gospel.

The vulnerable in their own flocks — the elderly, the isolated, the poor — were left on their own while the state dictated who could gather and who couldn’t.

The institutional church became a department of the state. A branch office. That’s the truth of it.

This echoes 1 Samuel 8 — when Israel demanded a king, God warned them what it would cost:

• “He will take your sons and make them serve with his chariots…”

• “He will take your daughters to be perfumers and cooks…”

• “He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves.”

God gave them what they wanted — but He didn’t bless it. He warned them.

“They have set up kings, but not by Me; they have made princes, and I did not know it.” — Hosea 8:4

§Christians Who Celebrate the Bomb

There are professing Christians out there who:

• Thank God for Hiroshima and Nagasaki

• Call for nukes to be used again

• Cheer when bombs drop on “enemies” they’ve never met

They quote “Vengeance is mine, says the Lord” — as if they’re His hand of wrath. As if God outsourced the job to them.

But Jesus said:

“Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.” — Luke 6:27-28

He didn’t say: “Nuke them and call it justice.”

And here’s what gets conveniently forgotten. Plenty of Christians died in the bombings of Japan. They weren’t the enemy. They were brothers and sisters in Christ, incinerated by people who claimed to follow the same God.

That’s not faith. That’s nationalism dressed up in Christian language. It’s idolatry, and we need to call it what it is.

§Christians Who Celebrate the Sacrifice of the Unborn

The modern Moloch gets worshipped in sterile rooms with medical jargon.

And here’s the kicker — the same people who call the Dreaming “savage” for its tribal law will defend abortion as “healthcare.”

“There are six things the Lord hates… hands that shed innocent blood.” — Proverbs 6:16-17

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” — Jeremiah 1:5

That’s not progress. That’s moral inversion — calling evil good and good evil, exactly like the prophets warned.

§PART THREE: THE DREAMING AND THE CREATOR

§God Known in Different Ways

Romans 1:20 says:

“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made.”

The Dreamtimers have been reading the words of creation for 60,000 years. Let that sink in. Sixty thousand.

They didn’t have the Bible. But they had the earth, and they honoured it. And get this — they didn’t worship the kangaroo itself. They honoured the spirit and the law behind it. Same way an ancient Israelite honoured the lamb without worshipping it.

“What you worship in ignorance, this I proclaim to you.” — Acts 17:23

If God is just — and He is — He doesn’t condemn people for not receiving a message that never reached them.

If Jesus is the Logos — the divine reason and truth behind all creation — then wherever truth, love, and reverence for the Creator exist, He’s already there. Unrecognised, maybe. But present.

§The Question of Idolatry

So is the Dreaming idolatry? Or is it a different grammar for the same divine reality?

Think about it:

• The Dreamtimer honours the Creator through the land, the animals, and the ancestors.

• The Israelite honoured the Creator through the Law, the Temple, and the sacrifices.

• The Christian honours the Creator through Christ, the Church, and the Scripture.

Three languages. One Creator.

“My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.” — Isaiah 56:7

§PART FOUR: THE COMMON ENEMY

§The Spirit of Empire

Let’s name the enemy properly, because it isn’t:

• The bloke of a different race

• The person of a different religion

• The person with different politics

The enemy is the spirit that demands total allegiance to the state.

This spirit:

• Takes your kids and teaches them to forget God

• Takes your land and calls it “development”

• Takes your voice and calls it “misinformation”

• Takes your freedoms and calls it “safety”

• Takes your soul and calls it “progress”

And it wears plenty of masks:

• Rome demanding worship of the Emperor

• Colonial governments demanding assimilation

• Modern states demanding compliance with mandates

• Global institutions demanding submission to their agenda

Same spirit. Different costume.

“The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the Lord and against His Anointed One.” — Psalm 2:2

§The Pattern of Division

My brother told me the story of Muhammad and the three Jewish tribes of Medina. It goes like this:

1. The first tribe fell, and the others said, “We didn’t like them anyway.”

2. The second tribe fell, and the largest said, “They were competing with us.”

3. Then the largest fell — and there was no one left to stand with them.

That’s the oldest lesson in history: divide and conquer works every single time.

And today, we are the three tribes:

• Whites vs. Blacks

• Christians vs. Dreamtimers

• Left vs. Right

• Urban vs. Regional

• Vaxxed vs. Unvaxxed

• Loyalists vs. “Conspiracy theorists”

While we fight each other over scraps, the powers that be strip us all bare.

“A kingdom divided against itself cannot stand.” — Mark 3:24

§The Government’s Role

My brother asked me straight: “Do us Aussies have a say on the terrible changes to law Albanese makes?”

Honest answer? Not really.

We vote every few years for a face, not a policy. We get to pick between two parties that both serve the same globalist masters. Then we sit back and watch our resources sold off, our sovereignty eroded, our kids indoctrinated, and our freedoms stripped — and we’re told to trust the process.

The average Aussie feels it. They know something’s crook. But they’re exhausted, divided, and the moment they point it out they get labelled a “conspiracy theorist.”

You’re not a conspiracy theorist. You’re a watchman.

“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel. Whenever you hear a word from My mouth, give them a warning from Me.” — Ezekiel 3:17

§PART FIVE: THE CALL TO STAND TOGETHER

§Why We Must Unite

• For God — because He’s the Creator of all, and He won’t be mocked by a system that demands we bow to man.

• For survival — because divided, we fall. United, we stand. It’s that simple.

• For the future — because our kids deserve to know the truth, not the propaganda.

“If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.” — Isaiah 7:9

§What Unity Does Not Mean

Let’s be clear. Unity does not mean:

• Merging religions

• Abandoning your beliefs

• Ignoring genuine issues of abuse or harm in any culture

• Pretending we’re the same

§What Unity Does Mean

Here’s what it does mean:

• Defending each other’s sacred sites — because a church desecrated is just as wrong as a burial ground bulldozed.

• Protecting each other’s right to teach our children — because both traditions know the state’s education system is designed to sever kids from their spiritual roots.

• Speaking up when either group is silenced — because if they can silence the elder’s voice today, they can silence the pastor’s tomorrow.

• Recognising that the land itself is holy — not as a political statement, but as a spiritual truth both traditions, in their own way, hold.

• Refusing the propaganda — on both sides. Turn off the news. Walk on country. Share a meal.

This is not syncretism. It’s a defensive alliance. Two armies holding the same ridge against the same invader.

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

§The Alliance That Terrifies the Powers

If Christians and Dreamtimers actually stood together:

• The government couldn’t use identity politics to divide us anymore.

• The media couldn’t pit us against each other anymore.

• The state would face a united front of people who refuse to bow to any authority except the Creator.

That alliance would terrify the powers that be.

Which is exactly why they work so hard to keep us apart.

“Do not be afraid of them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known.” — Matthew 10:26

§PART SIX: THE INVITATION

§For Christians

• Stop celebrating the bomb. Stop cheering for war. Follow Christ, not nationalism.

• Stop treating the Dreaming as idolatry without understanding it first. Go and read Romans 1:20 again.

• Stop seeing government as God’s appointed servant. See it for what it is — a system that demands your allegiance.

• Stand with your Aboriginal brothers and sisters. Not to convert them — to fight alongside them.

• And remember: the same government that silences the elder today will silence the pastor tomorrow. Today it’s them. Tomorrow it’s you.

“If you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?” — Matthew 5:46

§For Dreamtimers

• Know this: there are Christians who see the Creator in your stories. We’re not all the enemy.

• See that the same empire that took your land is now taking our freedoms. We’re in the same fight.

• Remember that your ancestors knew the Creator. That knowledge isn’t lost — it lives in you.

• Don’t let the propaganda convince you that every white fella is your enemy. A lot of us are your brothers.

• Stand with us. Not to become like us — to stand together.

“The Lord is good to all; He has compassion on all He has made.” — Psalm 145:9

§For All Australians

• Stop falling for the division. Turn off the news. Go talk to your neighbour.

• See the common enemy. It’s not the person of a different race or religion.

• Protect your kids. The state wants them. They belong to God.

• Protect your land. It’s not a resource — it’s sacred.

• Protect your soul. Don’t bow to any authority except the Creator.

“Choose this day whom you will serve… But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15

§FINAL WORD

My brother said something near the end of our yarn, and it’s worth repeating:

“I think dreamers and Christians need to do it, for God and the survival of our beliefs, and we are always stronger together. If we blocked out the noise of the dividing propaganda we would realise we have more in common than we know.”

He’s right.

Not because we’re the same. Because we face the same enemy — and because the same Creator made us all.

The world will call us traitors:

• The hardline Christian will say you’re compromising the Gospel.

• The hardline activist will say you’re romanticising colonisers.

Stuff them. Because what you’re actually doing is far more dangerous to the powers that be: you’re acting like a human being who loves God and loves his neighbour.

That’s the oldest, most subversive thing in the world.

And it’s the only way forward.

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” — John 1:5

§PRAYER

Creator of all,
Who made the land and the waters,
Who breathed life into every creature,
Who placed Your image in every people,

Forgive us for the ways we’ve divided Your family.
Forgive us for the ways we’ve worshipped the state instead of You.
Forgive us for the ways we’ve called evil good and good evil.

Unite Your people — Christian and Dreamtimer, black and white, elder and child.
Give us eyes to see our common enemy.
Give us hearts to stand together.
Give us courage to speak the truth in love.

We will not bow to any authority except Yours.
We will not forget the ancient ways.
We will not abandon our children to the system.

In the name of the Creator, the Redeemer, and the Spirit that moves over all the earth.
