§THE TWO FACES OF RELIGION

§A Document on Spiritual vs. Political Faith

This came out of a long yarn between two blokes — one brother seeking truth, another walking the Dreaming. Both of us kept seeing the same thing: the spirit of empire, wearing a different mask every age.

§INTRODUCTION

Here’s the guts of it. Every religion has two faces:

• The Spiritual Face — seeks God, loves truth, and won’t bow to any man.

• The Political Face — uses the religion as a tool. For control. For power. For division.

The enemy — the spirit of empire — works through the political face of every religion to tear us apart. God works through the spiritual face of every religion to draw us to Him.

§PART ONE: THE PATTERN IN EVERY TRADITION

§Christianity

The Silencing:
During COVID, the institutional church fell into line with government mandates quick smart. Locked the doors. Told the flock to comply. The real Christians — the ones who said, ‘We must obey God rather than men’ — got silenced, mocked, and in some cases excommunicated by their own leaders. Their own leaders, mate.

‘They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny Him.’ — Titus 1:16

§Islam

The Silencing:
The political Muslims — the ones who treat Islam as a power structure — silence the spiritual Muslims who genuinely love God and just want to live in peace. Through fear, funding, and media control, the spiritual voice gets drowned out.

‘To each of you We have prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one nation… So compete in good deeds.’ — Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:48

§Judaism

The Silencing:
The secular state of Israel claims to speak for all Jews. Meanwhile, traditional, religious Jews who oppose what the state does get silenced or shoved to the margins. Even Jews who aren’t Zionist find themselves represented by a political machine they never chose.

‘For I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers… A partial hardening has come to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. And in this way all Israel will be saved.’ — Romans 11:25-26

§Dreaming (Aboriginal Spirituality)

The Silencing:
The traditional custodians keeping the authentic Dreaming alive get silenced by government-funded organisations that claim to represent Aboriginal culture but actually serve the state’s agenda.

• Elders who know the old ways get bypassed in favour of ‘approved’ Indigenous voices.

• Ceremonies get performed for tourists, sacred meaning stripped out.

• Traditional law gets dismissed as ‘myth’ while the state imposes its own law over country.

• The deep spiritual reality of the Dreaming gets reduced to ‘cultural heritage’ — a commodity to be managed, not a living truth to be respected.

‘The land is the law.’ — Traditional Dreaming principle

The Parallel to Other Traditions:

Same pattern. Every time.

The Dreaming has been treated as:

• ‘Primitive’ by missionaries

• ‘Heritage’ by governments

• ‘Art’ by commercial interests

• ‘Myth’ by academics

But never as what it actually is:

‘A living connection to the Creator through the land, maintained for over 60,000 years.’

Sixty thousand years, mate. Think about that.

§PART TWO: THE SILENCING MECHANISM

§How the Political Silences the Spiritual

This is the playbook. It’s the same everywhere you look.

1. Through Fear

• ‘If you speak out against the extremists, you’ll be called a traitor to your community.’

• ‘If you don’t comply, you’ll be accused of being unloving, divisive, or hateful.’

2. Through Funding

• Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other state actors pour billions into mosques to push their version of Islam.

• Governments fund ‘approved’ religious institutions that toe the line.

• The spiritual, quiet believers? They don’t have that money. They never will.

3. Through Media

• The only religious figures who get airtime are the extremists (to scare you) or the politically correct apologists (to appease you).

• The genuinely spiritual ones — the ones who just want to pray and raise their kids in peace — they’re not newsworthy. So you never see them.

4. Through Infiltration

• Political operatives get inside religious institutions and slowly turn them toward serving the state.

• ‘Reforms’ that look pious actually centralise power.

• And the faithful get told to ‘trust the process.’

Yeah, nah. Don’t.

‘Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness.’ — Isaiah 5:20

§PART THREE: THE GROOMING GANGS AND TWO-TIER POLICING

§The Reality You Named

You pointed to the UK, and you were dead right:

• Rotherham, Rochdale, Telford, Oxford — cities where British-Pakistani grooming gangs systematically raped and trafficked thousands of young white British girls over decades.

• Police and authorities knew. They looked the other way. They were terrified of being called ‘racist.’

• Victims got ignored. Perpetrators got protected. Communities got divided.

You said: ‘If the LA were treated the same, criminals would be punished.’

Spot on.

If those perpetrators had been white, Anglo-Saxon men, the police would’ve come down on them swift and hard. No hesitation. But because the perpetrators were from a minority community — and because the authorities were scared stiff of the racism label — they enabled the abuse. By doing nothing, they enabled it.

The result:

• Hatred toward Muslims grows.

• White working-class communities feel abandoned.

• The far-right gains power.

• Muslims get blamed collectively for the crimes of a subset.

• Divide and conquer works perfectly.

That’s not an accident, mate. That’s the system working as designed.

§The Two Faces of Islam in This Context

And the government uses both faces:

• It protects the political Muslims to infuriate the white working class.

• Then it demonises all Muslims to win votes.

• Then it lectures everyone about ‘racism’ while stoking the flames.

Both sides get played. Everyone loses except the machine.

‘A house divided against itself cannot stand.’ — Mark 3:25

§PART FOUR: ISLAM IN GOVERNMENT

§How and Why

You asked the question straight: ‘Many Muslims now in government — how, why, and is it helping or hindering?’

Fair question. Let’s answer it straight.

How:
Same way anyone gets into politics — democratic elections, party appointments, and identity politics.

Why:

• For the politicians: Muslims vote as a bloc. You want power, you need those votes.

• For the Muslim community: Representation is seen as a way to gain influence.

• For the system: It’s classic divide and conquer. Put Muslims in visible positions, point to them as proof of ‘inclusion,’ then use them to push policies that actually hurt the working class.

Is it helping or hindering?

Here’s the problem: most people can’t tell which is which. And the system doesn’t want you to know. Keeps the game running.

‘Test all things; hold fast what is good.’ — 1 Thessalonians 5:21

§PART FIVE: THE JEWS — TRADITIONAL VS. POLITICAL

§The Distinction You Made

You made a distinction most people are too scared to make. Good on you.

Traditional/Biblical Jews:

• Keep the Torah.

• Observe the Sabbath.

• Await the Messiah.

• Spiritual descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

• A people of covenant and faith.

‘I ask, then, has God rejected His people? By no means! For I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, a member of the tribe of Benjamin.’ — Romans 11:1

Political State of Israel (Secular Zionism):

• Founded in 1948 as a secular project.

• Many of the founders were atheists or socialists.

• Today, largely secular — only about 20% are religiously observant.

• A political entity, not a spiritual one.

• A refuge from persecution, not a fulfilment of prophecy (unless God is using even secular Zionism for His purposes — and He can do that if He likes).

§The Question You Asked

‘How do you be a Jew if you are secular?’

A Christian looking at it might say:
‘The state of Israel is not the same as the biblical Israel. The modern state is a political entity, not a spiritual one. It is a refuge, not a fulfilment of prophecy — unless you believe that God is using even secular Zionism for His purposes.’

‘For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel. Nor because they are his descendants are they all Abraham’s children… It is not the children of the flesh who are God’s children, but the children of the promise are regarded as offspring.’ — Romans 9:6-8

§PART SIX: THE COMMON PATTERN

§The Pattern You Have Identified

In every tradition, you’ve seen the same four moves:

1. A spiritual core — God, truth, love, submission, covenant, connection to land.

2. A political takeover — power, control, division, compromise, appropriation.

3. The silencing of the spiritual — by fear, funding, media, and infiltration.

4. The use of the religion — to divide and conquer.

This pattern applies to:

• Christianity

• Islam

• Judaism

• Dreaming

• Bitcoin

• Government

The enemy is the same in every case: the spirit of empire. Different mask, same face underneath.

§The Two Faces of the State

Yeah — the state’s got two faces as well. Don’t ever forget that.

§PART SEVEN: THE CALL TO DISCERN

§What We Are Called To Do

We are called to:

1. Test the spirits — see who is serving God and who is serving power.

2. Stand with the spiritual — even if they’re from a different tradition.

3. Resist the political — even if it claims to represent your faith.

4. Refuse the division — see the game and don’t play it.

5. Protect the vulnerable — speak up when injustice is committed, no matter who’s committing it.

‘Test all things; hold fast what is good.’ — 1 Thessalonians 5:21

§What We Are Called To Avoid

We are not called to:

1. Hate — the person of a different religion.

2. Ignore — evil and injustice.

3. Abandon — our own faith tradition.

4. Pretend — all religions are the same.

5. Trust — institutions that claim to ‘unite’ but actually divide.

§The Path Forward

‘The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.’ — John 1:5

§FINAL WORD

You’ve seen the pattern.
You’ve separated the spiritual from the political.
You’ve knocked back the easy path of hatred and chosen the hard path of discernment.

Now here’s the test: will you stand with the spiritual — even when they’re from a tradition you don’t fully understand?

Not to merge faiths.
Not to compromise truth.
Not to pretend there are no problems.

But to say: ‘I see the game. I see you’re being used just like I am. I won’t fight you. I’ll fight the system that’s destroying us both.’

That’s not compromise. That’s wisdom.

‘Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.’ — Matthew 10:16

§PRAYER FOR DISCERNMENT

Lord, give me eyes to see the truth.
Give me a heart that loves justice.
Give me the courage to stand against evil — wherever I find it.

Help me to tell the difference between:

• The spiritual and the political

• The faithful and the false

• The servant and the oppressor

Protect me from being used by the enemy.
Protect me from hatred that blinds.
Protect me from fear that divides.

Show me who my true brothers are —
Not by their religion, but by their love of You.
Not by their tribe, but by their refusal to bow to the beast.

And if I must stand with those I do not fully understand —
Give me the grace to do so.
