0:00 Something happened the other day that caused millions of women to experience a horrible wave of pain and suffering. They saw men enjoying something. The game Pragmata came out recently and seemingly half of the internet decided that it’s a game for PDF files. Now everybody’s talking about it. Even I talked about it on stream and before I even went live, I had people shaming me in the chat for defending a PDF game. It isn’t. It just isn’t. She wears a giant baggy coat the whole time. If you see sexuality there, I got some real bad news. That ain’t the game, bud. That’s that’s you. Now, I’m not going to spend too much time on this part of it. Shoe on Head already did a great breakdown of The Meltdown, and she hit the shoe on the head, explaining exactly why men like this game so much. I mean, yes, there are some men being creeps about it, but that’s a tiny minority. The reason most men enjoy this game is

1:01 because most men want to have kids more than women do at this point. We can sum this whole thing up by breaking down this tweet that you’ve probably already seen by Mary Morgan. Lots of strange reactions to this game. So, let’s clear some things up. Oh, yes. You, the authority on men, Mary, tell me how I am. Childless men do not have paternal instincts the way childless women have maternal instincts. We observe this in the way little girls play versus little boys. Who’s the Wii here? Did you you want to cite any sources? Granted, there is some research that we’ll get into later which she’s probably referencing here. It doesn’t quite say exactly what she says, but getting ahead of myself.

1:45 Men first experience paternal instincts once they have their own children. Typically, those paternal instincts are only ever felt for their own children and no one else’s. Here’s where it gets interesting. Men are not nurturers. Men don’t gush over cute kids in public. Men don’t have baby fever. If a man wants to possess a child for any reason other than it being a product of his own lineage, he’s likely a predator. And you’d be taking the feminist radical gender abolitionist position to protest any of the above points. This should explain why a dad simulator game marketed to mostly childless men gives people the creeps. So basically, she says there’s only two possibilities here. You’re a creep or you’re lying about being a creep. And if you disagree, then you’re agreeing with the feminists. This woman is so arrogant.

2:38 She couldn’t consider the possibility that something else might be going on here besides the only two things that popped into her allseeing, all- knowing galaxy brain. Like, I don’t know. Maybe guys like it because someone is being nice to them for the first time in their lives. Maybe Diana is just a breath of fresh air for a weary bunch of beatd down dudes who are tired of being your punching bag, Mary. Or maybe some of that research you didn’t site was directed at men just acting out their normal life and it didn’t account for what happens when you empathize. Like say what happens when you step into the shoes of a character that you’re playing. Maybe something different happens in your mind in that scenario.

3:28 Like when I’m playing Mass Effect, I am not a space fairing badass. But something happens in my brain when I inhabit that character. I start to see things differently and feel things that I wouldn’t ordinarily feel in my actual day-to-day life. Maybe something like that’s going on, Mary. Maybe these men are experiencing empathy. You know, the real kind, not the emotional thing that’s actually just sympathy. No, the kind where you actually mentally model another person’s viewpoint such as would happen when you are pretending to be a different person. Maybe you would have to have some humility to consider either of those possibilities or any others for that matter. Now, she did get community noted into oblivion because she’s technically incorrect about even this stuff, which her boss Tim Pool then doubled down on and said, “Oh, well, no, she’s generally speaking just she’s right.” People are just getting too extreme about it. But that fixes nothing because it doesn’t matter whether men feel nurturing instincts for other

4:30 people’s kids. This game isn’t about nurturing, right? Like Shu pointed out, it’s not like you’re breastfeeding or changing diapers. It’s a combat game. You fight. It doesn’t activate men’s nurturing instinct. It activates their protective instinct, as seen in so many of the men’s tweets about why they like this game. So Mary built this whole argument on top of a completely false premise to begin with. But anyways, that’s enough about that. Go watch Shu’s breakdown of this. She explains why men like this game and a lot of the double standards that are coming out about it.

5:08 It’s it’s really good. What she didn’t get into though was why women are having this reaction. That part of it is worth a look. After a little digging, I found three possibilities. The last one is dark. Like, if that’s what’s happening, we’re in serious Barney. We’re in Barney. Barney rubble trouble. But first, let’s just start off with some simple logic math. Let’s figure this out. Let’s take this game, Pragmata, and compare it to all the other games, movies, and TV shows with that same dadprotecting kid trope that people didn’t get upset about. Let’s not forget the same ladies who are saying men don’t have paternal instincts are the same ones thirsting over Pedro Pascal for being the internet’s new daddy or whatever. Take pragmata, all those other stories, and subtract all the things that are the same and look at what’s different. That will point us to our first explanation. Let’s take The Last of Us for example. Is a very

6:11 similar setup. Older man protecting a young girl. Same situation, but the fem PCs didn’t explode over that one. Why? Now, you might say that game was made before the whole Mi3 disaster. Neil Duckman, the man responsible for the game, also very clearly bent the knee by allowing HBO to uglify and leify Ellie. So, he’s at this point paid for any past transgressions of creating a creepy situation. They also killed off Joel in the second game, probably because Drman knew where the progressive machines anti-life agenda was headed and he wanted to get ahead of it. Great job, sir. and he’s still clearly bowing down to the feminist machine with his new game, The Heretic, whatever, as well.

6:56 Also, some of you were keen to point out on the stream the other day, Pragmata was made by Capcom, a Japanese game house, and the Japanese have not bent the knee to the feminist woke mob that’s infecting the Western game industry. In fact, they’ve pretty strongly rejected it. That makes them an enemy of the mob. I mean, yeah, I guess those explanations make logical sense, but they don’t explain the intensely visceral reaction so many women are having. There’s some research out there, though, that does.

7:30 See, Mary Morgan’s tweet alludes to, but doesn’t actually reference, a very small section of some research done by Joyce Benninsson, who studied men’s and women’s behavior going all the way back to early childhood. And one of the things Benninsson found, other than the fact that men very definitely do have a protective instinct, which Mary conveniently left out, Joyce also found that women compete for men’s resources and will use social weapons like shunning, shaming anyone who threatens their access to men’s resources. See, these women might think that they’re strong and independent. Many say that they will never have kids, but their instincts don’t know that. Their instincts are still constantly prepping for child having, and their instincts know that they’ll need a man’s resources once they do, a reality that they hate, but they can’t get away from. One of the things my wife noted is a lot of these women are probably single mothers, too.

8:39 They may not respect men or think very highly of them, but they want what those men can provide them. And this little thing is in the way of that. See, Diana is sweet. She’s cute and she’s kind to the player. Sweeter and nicer than her kid will ever be. That makes this kid a threat. Even if Diana is not real, again, her instincts don’t know that. All they know is that men are paying attention to that kid, but not mine.

See, in The Last of Us, Ellie didn’t trigger quite as strong a reaction because Ellie was a part of a dirty, broken game world, and she was presented with that sort of dinginess. She was also, you know, kind of a a more of a girl boss in in training. And that allowed women to feel like she wasn’t a threat at a glance. The clean and clearly emphasized cuteness and kindness of Diana are strong enough to catch women’s eye and make them feel threatened. That’s why you see so many tweets from women who want Diana to be uglier and more realistic. They don’t care about men sexualizing the character. They care that Diana is a threat. This situation also triggers something else that Beninsson talks about. women’s desire for fairness.

10:01 Even if you look at a lot of qualitative studies in young young children, anybody who’s trying to be better than anyone else is really disliked within the female community, whatever age it is. As she explains in Warriors and Warriors, this is not a desire for actual fairness and equality. It’s the idea of fairness when it’s convenient. Women use the concept of fairness as a tool to bring other people down when those people get ahead of her or gain an advantage over her. The moment those women enforcing the fairness have an advantage themselves, they stop caring about fairness entirely. Beninsson traced this behavior all the way back to the behavior of young girls when they play with each other. So this is not just a bad habit that some women pick up from a bad environment or a progressive ideology even. This is an instinct they’re born with. Now even this is not an entirely satisfying explanation

11:01 because it doesn’t make logical sense for women to see Diana as a threat, right? Cuz one, she’s not real. And two, she’s making men say that they want to have a kid for real. And ladies, that kid could be yours. So, actually, you’d think this would be a good thing. Now, you could just chalk that up to simple low IQ and emotional capture. I want to tell you about a study we did. The best predictor of being a politically correct authoritarian was low verbal IQ.

11:34 I mean, it doesn’t make logical sense to us, but these are not logical people, right? And so even though Diana isn’t a threat and is actually a benefit to what their instincts want, these ladies either don’t have the IQ to process that truth or they don’t have the mental fortitude to set their feelings aside and see the reality. Right? They’ve been told their whole lives that everything they feel is the truth and is real, even if it’s an instinct that’s completely misfiring. Now, that could be what’s going on, but there’s two other possibilities here. Second possibility is very simple. revenge. There are far more women who hate men than there are men who hate women. And we finally have the data to back up what our eyes have been telling us about that for years.

12:20 So, it could be that these women are just bitter. They hate men and they want men to suffer. They want to punish men. They want revenge. And anytime they see men enjoying something, it causes those women pain. So they lash out, try to take away whatever thing men are enjoying. Now that fits the illogical behavior pattern a little bit better, but it’s still really shallow. There could be something deeper going on. It’s a possibility that’s much, much darker.

12:53 We could be watching mouse utopia play out right in front of us. Mouse Utopia, for those who don’t know, was an experiment run dozens of times by social scientists by I think it was back in the 60s or 70s where he created a massive comfortable scarcity-free environment capable of fitting thousands of mice. And every time he ran this experiment, the population would balloon up to about 2,000 mice. And then they would basically go crazy. The male mice would act affeminate, the female mice would act masculine. A bunch of them would turn totally antisocial, become incelss, and then form gangs that would go around and kill any of the other mice who kept trying to procreate until the entire population of mice crashed to zero every time. This could be the mob of angry incel mice that’s trying to stop other people from procreating out of spite.

13:48 See, these women’s lives are so empty and sad that it causes them true agony to see other people even just wanting to do something meaningful or even just enjoying normal, fulfilling life things. They hate that other people are finding the meaning in life that they can’t. And they want everyone else to suffer as much as they are. So, they’re lashing out, trying to stop everyone else from living their lives. And this gets even darker when you think about the spiritual implications of this, right?

14:25 It’s taboo in many circles today to talk about woo woo stuff like evil spirits. But the devil is real and he hates God. He’s still bitter that he got cast out of heaven and he wants to take revenge on God in any way he can. But being that he’s not even close to God’s equal, like not even in the same category, he can’t go after him directly. So he tries to hurt God by going after the things he made, breaking them, destroying them, and hurting them. That’s why he hates humanity and is trying so hard to destroy us at every time. That’s why he is so anti-life.

15:06 You look at the agenda that the devil has laid out in scripture and you look at the agenda that these people have. The absolute destruction of every good thing that God ever made, it lines up one to one. So this seems likely to be his work. Now that may be dark and depressing, but it also gives us a clear answer on how we have to respond. Do not go quietly into that good night. do not let these antihuman, anti-happhappiness, anti-life enemies of all that’s good win. They want us separated, lonely, and hopeless, not working together on solutions to the problems we see today.

15:44 Because the moment you turn your back on the world, it frees them up to ravage the world and destroy all the good that’s left in it. They want you to turn doomer and start attacking people who try to win at life. So if you turn away and you do that, you are doing exactly what the people who hate you most want you to do. You’re letting them win. And I know dating jobs and life in general are bleak right now, but difficult is not the same as impossible. And you are never truly defeated unless you consent to it because there’s always a next thing that you can try. So even though yes it will be a long road there are solutions out there to every problem that we see. It’s up to us to find them and implement them. Don’t hear me saying that everybody should try to get married right now. Right? As things stand talked about many times most women today are not marriable. Right? There’s there just not enough decent women to go around for all the men who want to be dads.

16:45 Something like 8 in 10 young women believe there’s nothing morally wrong with divorce. That’s a big imbalance compared to how young men feel about divorce. About twice as many men find it to be immoral. You can’t trust women like that. And again, there are far more women that dislike men than men who dislike women. You can’t trust women who dislike men. So yes, there are not enough good women to go around for all of the men who are looking. And yes, it will be a long time most likely until things turn around with women. enough for most men to have a decent prospect to settle down and have kids with. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t keep seeking meaning or trying to build a good life. It doesn’t mean that you can’t prepare for the day when things do turn around and it is your turn to be a dad. Whatever you do, do not stop building. Do not stop seeking meaning, seeking God, and do not stop seeking the
