00010.91 - The INPAT SOLVER Dataset: National Rankings and Master List of Processed Counties
The INPAT SOLVER Dashboard, frequently updated, provides the complete indicator rankings for the lowest 25 qualifying zip codes based on the most recent published model run, along with the master list of Class Rankings of every zip code in the counties processed to date.
Indicator #1 of 4 (the four multiplied together comprise the MASTER
COEFFICIENT) is the final County Level coefficient, which is integrated
with Zip Code level metrics that complete the picture.
Indicator #2 measures short- and long- term rental potentials at the
zip code level, Indicator #3 is multivariate, integrating Income, IQ, Health
and Wellness, and composites measuring affordability (how much stress the average person in the zip code is under simply making ends meet), while Indicator #4 is a County level Natural Hazard coefficient.
The outputs are Zip Codes categorized into 5 Classes, with subclasses at
the 1 thru 4 levels marking the subtle yet crucial distinctions within the Class.
Class 5 zip codes are to be avoided and Class 1 are the Best Bets, the pick
of the litter, without any flaws except that it may not fit your budget or use case that will vary by individual. The general best procedure is to start at the top and work your way down the list until a zip code that meets your needs with suitable real estate listings is found.
