We are beyond excited to announce that 3 West Collection has officially hit its $250 funding goal! On behalf of Bildad Ouma and the entire 3 West team in Kibera, Nairobi, we want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who contributed, shared, and supported this campaign.
For the past 2–3 years, 3 West Collection has been serving the Kibera community with trendy, affordable fashion—from casual streetwear and sports apparel to our popular Bitcoin-styled merchandise and custom jersey printing.
What We Are Doing With the $250 Grant:
Now that the funds are secured, we are taking immediate steps to expand our capacity:
Bulk Apparel Stock: Sourcing clothing stock in bulk to secure higher profit margins and offer a wider variety of sizes, styles, and designs.
Upgraded Printing & Branding Tools: Investing in better printing equipment to meet the rising demand for custom 3 West jerseys and personalized apparel.
Shop Display & Marketing: Enhancing our physical storefront display in 3 West-Kibera to attract more foot traffic and boost local exposure.
Repayment Plan
With restocking underway, our weekly grant repayment installments will begin within 2–3 weeks, funded directly by increased daily sales and custom branding orders.
Our 12-Month Vision
This grant is just the beginning! Over the next year, we are aiming to become a recognized fashion supplier across Kibera and beyond, expanding our digital reach through the Afribit marketplace and fostering local Bitcoin adoption through our Bitcoin merch and payment options.
