The Charter of Mook-Kranti

Preamble We, the thinking citizens of India, seeking to restore logic to public discourse and accountability to governance, hereby establish this Protocol. Its purpose is to transcend partisan divide and protect the Republic through the relentless application of reason and documented truth.

Article I: The Doctrine of Anonymity

  • Section 1: The Invisible Persona. The identity of the messenger shall remain secondary to the integrity of the message.
  • Section 2: Linguistic Anonymity. Participants shall strictly avoid naming individual politicians or party leaders.
    • Permitted References: “The Ministry,” “The Administration,” or “The Office of [X].”

Article II: The Evidentiary Standard

  • Section 1: Primary Source Supremacy. No claim of fact is valid unless accompanied by a link to a primary source (Government Gazettes, PIB, Court Rulings).
  • Section 2: Rejection of Hearsay. Opinion pieces and unverified social media leaks are inadmissible as evidence.

Article III: The Logic of the Steel-Man

  • Section 1: The Fairness Obligation. Every critique must be preceded by a “Neutral Summary” stating the government’s goals in their strongest light.
  • Section 2: The Logic Check. Prove you understand the constraints of the administration before offering a critique.

Article IV: The Stoic Discipline of Tone

  • Section 1: Clinical Discourse. All communication must be objective. Subjective emotional cues (e.g., “I feel,” “This is outrageous”) are prohibited.
  • Section 2: The Filter. Hyperbole, insults, and ad-hominem attacks result in immediate removal to maintain the “health of the signal.”

Article V: The Amendment Process

  • Section 1: Evolution. This Charter may be amended to better serve the Republic as technology and tactics evolve.
  • Section 2: Ratification. Amendments become part of the Charter only after public scrutiny and consensus within the decentralized hub.
