The SatLab MVP is Live! ⚡
We’re excited to share the ‘PoW’ we’ve been silently running since the beginning of the project. Our first MVP is officially live, and you are all welcome to try it (in fact, we’d greatly appreciate it if you did).
When we started SatLab, our goal was to move away from static texts and build interactive, visual simulations to teach abstract protocol concepts. This MVP represents a major milestone in that mission.
What’s inside this release?
We have successfully deployed a fully functional, browser-based mining simulator. This isn’t just an animation, it performs real cryptographic hash calculations directly in your browser using Web Workers to optimize the load, allowing it to run on any device.
As a 2-person team handling both development and UI/UX, a massive amount of effort went into making sure the interface bridges the gap between technical accuracy and an engaging, retro-style user experience.
The Roadmap Ahead
If you explore the platform, you’ll see how this mining module fits into our broader curriculum structure, specifically within “Era 3: The Sovereign Network.” This is just the first active module of a much larger, open-source educational roadmap we are building.
