She treats her body like a the sacred temple it is. She makes sure her body is a loving home for God’s presence. She adorns herself in the mirror every day simply because she is worthy of adornment. She speaks loving words to herself and treats her body with respect and care. Her belly is soft and her shoulders are relaxed. She prays over her food and eats food that nourish her and are healthy. She takes care of herself as if she is her most adored beloved. She does not wait for someone to come in and treat her well, she treats herself the way she would want to be treated by her beloved.

How a soft woman handles her inner conflict.
She does not speak harshly of herself. Whenever she feels overwhelmed or uncertain about something, she simply gives it to God. Whenever she feels upset or angry, she feels it fully, and then she talks to God, before anything. It isn’t all love and light, but she knows how to transmute her shadows and let it be an invitation to come more deeply together with God. She meets herself with grace in every moment, even if she makes a mistake. She knows every moment is a moment where she can start over completely and try again. She does not dwell on her past too much, she looks with hopeful eyes into the future.

Even if she hasn’t met her beloved yet in the physical world, she still devotes to him deeply. She prays over him before she goes to bed. She moves through the world already devoted to him. She doesn’t wait for a man to come into her life to fall in love, she falls deeply in love with herself and with the world first. She moves and breathes and speaks as if love is moving through her (which it always is). She feels love’s pulse in her most authentic heart and walks through the world from that place. Even when she is single, her gaze is loyal. She is deeply devoted to her love and she does not have wandering eyes. She is very intentional with where she puts her energy and her gaze.

A soft woman protects her energy through discernment. She holds her boundaries not to shield herself, but to protect her energy and her aura. She does not allow just everyone in her field, she is very intentional with who she is close to, with who has access to her energy. She is very discerning, because she knows her softness is a gift, and here to be honored and respected.
