Trump-promoted Freedom Fuel stations sold gas a distributor says went unpaid for

A lawsuit alleges that fuel distributor KRSM failed to pay $4 million for over 1.1 million gallons of gasoline obtained between May and July. A portion of this fuel was allegedly sold to stations within the Freedom Fuel Network, which had been promoted by President Donald Trump for offering steep discounts. The lawsuit claims KRSM was able to sell the fuel at low prices and gain publicity because it never paid the plaintiff for it.
