Brazil's Bar Association Asks Court to Allow Flávio Bolsonaro to Visit Father as Lawyer
The Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) has formally petitioned Supreme Court Minister Alexandre de Moraes to allow Senator Flávio Bolsonaro to have private contact with his father, former President Jair Bolsonaro. The OAB argues that since Flávio is acting as his father's legal counsel, his professional right to communicate with his client should be guaranteed, despite a 90-day suspension of visits imposed by the court.
