BIG CHANGE IN STORES IN SERBIA: New Bill Adopted! Serbian retailers will be legally required to publish daily product price lists online, with real-time updates reflecting any changes. The proposed Consumer Protection Law also enhances transparency in the digital environment, holding online marketplaces accountable for consumer obligations and penalizing unfair business practices like fake reviews. Additionally, the law will extend the ban on selling tobacco and related electronic products to minors.
