The National Employment Service announced that regular unemployment benefits for February will be paid on March 20, with temporary benefits for those in Kosovo and Metohija paid on March 21. These payments reflect newly adjusted amounts effective February 1, 2026, calculated based on the 2025 consumer price index. The daily base for calculation is now 1,507.12 dinars, with individuals receiving 60-90% of this amount depending on their work history.

• Regular unemployment benefits for February will be paid on Friday, March 20.
• Temporary unemployment benefits for those in Kosovo and Metohija will be paid on Saturday, March 21.
• Payments will be made through Banka Poštanska štedionica.
• New, adjusted unemployment benefit amounts are in effect from February 1, 2026.
• The adjustment was made according to the annual consumer price index for 2025.
• The daily base for calculating unemployment benefits is now 1,507.12 dinars.
