Just a week ago , after ceasefire , everyone felt relief and the market shown positive vibe .

The United States and Iran had agreed to interim ceasefire , whatever the hell it means ( interim ceasefire , like there is such a exterim ceasefire ever occured . who made this word Interim ceasefire is retarded ). so Oil prices eased , shipping companies began talking about safer passage through the straits of Hormuz again . Market happy, some investors start rotating back to risk assets , confident that another regional war had been avoided .

fast forward to today , not so fast .

new attack on commercial shipping , new U.S airstrikes and responded accordingly from Iran with missiles and drone . both sides arguing who violating first or what , before even the ink of agreement become dry . oh yess …Diplomat still talking but it look like the Interim ceasefire getting weak .

but here the thing i dislike really , everytime somethings blow up or off , the first questioned on financial news channel is “ what does it mean for Bitcoin ?“

that’s just wrong questioned . Bitcoin doesn’t really care if the ceasefire holds or not , if there is another missile drop or not . Bitcoin doesn’t wake up wondering whetter the politician kept their promise or not . it doesn’t care who violates the agreement first .

in the meantime , Anther block gets mined . 10 minutes later , another one . and another one …

while the whole world keep refreshing the news , trying to figure it out whetter the ceasefire is real , Bitcoin keep producing another block .

Maybe that is why i keep coming back to bitcoin . Because it doesn’t rewrite its rules every time war ignite in some parts of the world . it doesn’t changed its ruled when the world loses its mind .

maybe i’m wrong , but i take ceasefire agreement as grind of salt , i celebrated what it actual last .
