Metaplanet株式会社（東証：3350）は、Metaplanet Securities、JPYC株式会社、およびProgmat（プログマット）と提携し、デジタル・クレジット（信用）分野に特化した共同調査を開始しました。
「Project NOVA」と名付けられた本プロジェクトは、ビットコイン、ステーブルコイン、セキュリティ・トークンを統合し、企業の負債性金融商品（デット・インスツルメント）を現代化することを目指しています。
各社は、ビットコインを担保として活用し、ブロックチェーン技術を導入することで、24時間365日の取引や、日次での自動利息分配の実現を図ります。本プロジェクトは、日本の従来型市場における制約を克服し、オンチェーン決済を通じて中堅企業がより効率的に資金調達を行える環境の提供を目指しています。
最終的には、この協業を通じて従来の金融とデジタル資産市場の架け橋となり、発行体と投資家の双方に利益をもたらすことを目指しています。
Metaplanet Joint Study on Bitcoin and Digital Credit Infrastructure
Metaplanet Inc. (TSE 3350) has partnered with Metaplanet Securities, JPYC Inc., and Progmat to launch a collaborative study focused on the digital credit sector.
This initiative, titled Project NOVA, explores the integration of Bitcoin, stablecoins, and security tokens to modernize corporate debt instruments.
By utilizing Bitcoin as collateral and leveraging blockchain technology, the companies aim to facilitate 24/7/365 trading and automated, daily interest distributions. The project seeks to overcome traditional market limitations in Japan, offering mid-sized firms more efficient access to capital through on-chain settlement.
Ultimately, the collaboration intends to bridge the gap between conventional finance and the digital asset market to benefit both issuers and investors.
