On the Road, One Stop at a Time

A long overland journey has begun, with multiple overnight stops and days spent on buses, stations, and the road. Choosing the slow route over flying, this trip is about endurance, movement, and discovery — starting in Moshi, with the destination still unknown.
On the Road, One Stop at a Time

At the moment, I’m on a bigger journey — one I’ll tell you more about once I finally reach my destination.

This isn’t a straightforward trip. It includes multiple overnight stops, with the final leg being the longest. I expect nearly two full days on a bus. Somewhere along the way, I’ll be sleeping at a bus station, followed by another full day of travel.

I could have flown there in just a few hours. Instead, I chose the slow route — by bus, tuk-tuk, and on foot. Sleeping in hostels when available, otherwise on buses or at bus stations.

This journey is about movement, endurance, and letting the road decide what comes next.

Where will it lead? Let’s find out.

I started in Moshi.

Stay tuned.
