Part of Telekom's user database stolen

Part of Telekom’s user database stolen Telekom Srbija has experienced a data breach involving a portion of its user database, specifically affecting some m:SAT tv satellite television service users. The company has reported the incident to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP), specifically the Department for High-Tech Crime, as the perpetrators have attempted to blackmail Telekom. Telekom is cooperating closely with the police to identify and apprehend those responsible.
