Our sin separates us from God.
We’ve all done wrong. Every lie, every selfish act, every moment we’ve turned away from what’s right — these create a gap between us and a perfect, holy God. This isn’t about being “bad enough” to be rejected. Even our best efforts fall short of God’s standard.
The darkness represents this separation. Without a solution, we remain cut off from the relationship we were created for.
