Jesus died to pay for your sin.
This is the heart of the Gospel. God did not leave us stranded in our sin. He sent His Son, Jesus, to bridge the gap we could never cross ourselves.
On the cross, Christ took the punishment we deserved. His blood — represented by the red — covers our wrongdoing. He died in our place so that we could be forgiven.
This wasn’t an accident. It was the plan from the beginning. Love drove Jesus to the cross.
