Rare signed Picasso print stolen from gallery turns up in vacant apartment years later

A Pablo Picasso etching titled “Torero,” stolen from a Milwaukee art gallery in 2018, has been recovered. A Milwaukee landlord found the print while cleaning out an apartment after an eviction and recognized it might be stolen. An authenticator confirmed it was the piece reported stolen from Bill DeLind’s gallery.
