Which OnlyFans niches have the most searches per page? (2026)

US searches for '[niche] onlyfans' vs tagged pages for 15 niches: goth ~103 and MILF ~93 searches per page, average ~27, tattoo under 1 (Oct 2026). By Brian O. Thelander.

Which OnlyFans niches are under-supplied? I compared monthly US searches for “[niche] onlyfans” with the number of public pages carrying each niche tag in our directory, across 15 niches. Goth and MILF come out on top with roughly 100 searches for every listed page, while tattoo has fewer than one. Here is the full table and what it suggests.

The method, in two lines

  • Search demand: Ahrefs estimates of monthly US searches for “[niche] onlyfans” (for example “goth onlyfans”), checked on 21 October 2026.
  • Supply: public pages in our 20 October 2026 snapshot tagged with that niche. A page with two tags counts in both.

Dividing the first by the second gives “searches per page”: a rough measure of how much search attention each listed page in a niche could share.

Goth 3,300 32 103 44% $10
MILF 14,000 150 93 45% $10

Blonde 3,800 238 16 34% $11.49
Amateur 800 62 13 56% $10
Cosplay 1,900 169 11 50% $10.50
BBW 5,800 566 10 34% $10.99

Couple 400 94 4 34% $10
Feet 600 194 3 51% $10
Tattoo 200 291 0.7 39% $9.99

Across all 15 niches there are about 76,850 US searches a month for 2,840 tagged pages, or roughly 27 searches per page.

What stands out

Goth and MILF are the most under-supplied. Goth has only 32 listed pages but 3,300 searches a month, about 103 per page. MILF has 14,000 searches for 150 pages, about 93 per page. Both are well above the 27 average.

BBW is big on both sides. It is the largest tagged niche in the directory (566 pages) and still draws 5,800 searches a month, but that works out to only about 10 per page, so it is crowded.

Tattoo, feet and couple are tags people use more than searches people make. There are 291 tattoo-tagged pages and only about 200 monthly searches for “tattoo onlyfans”, under one search per page. Feet (3 per page) and couple (4 per page) look similar. These tags describe a page well, but few fans search with them.

Asian is the free-page outlier. 72% of Asian-tagged pages are free to follow, the highest free share of any large niche here, while trans pages are the least often free (14%).

Price barely follows demand. Paid medians sit between $9.99 and $12.99 in every niche with a reasonable sample. High-demand niches do not charge much more, so creators are not pricing on search interest.

Limits

These are US search estimates for one phrasing per niche, not global demand, and Ahrefs volumes are modelled estimates. The page counts come from one hand-checked directory, not every account on the platform, and niche tags follow each page’s own description. Prices are listed monthly subscription prices in US dollars at snapshot time, ignoring trials, bundles and pay-per-view. Treat the ratios as a comparison between niches, not as a traffic forecast.

A note for creators

If you are choosing how to describe a new page, the niche words fans actually type matter more than the ones that sound precise. A page that fits both “tattoo” and “goth” will be found far more often under goth. The full price figures by niche are on the niche price pages.
