What does following five OnlyFans pages cost a year? Budgets from 3,709 real prices

One paid OnlyFans page is about $120 a year at the median; five random paid pages about $775, ten about $1,585 (3,709 paid pages, 20 Oct 2026). By Brian O. Thelander.

Subscription prices look small one at a time. Ten dollars a month doesn’t feel like much. But most people who pay for OnlyFans pages pay for more than one, and the bill that matters is the yearly one. So I built a few yearly budgets from real list prices instead of guesses.

The numbers come from a snapshot of 5,643 OnlyFans pages with a known monthly price, taken on 20 October 2026. About 34% of them were free to follow. The other 3,709 charged a monthly fee.

What one paid page costs

Among the paid pages, the median price is $10 a month, which is $120 a year. The middle half of prices runs from $8 to $15 a month, so a “normal” paid page costs somewhere between $96 and $180 a year. One page in ten charges $25 or more, and about 5.6% charge $30 or more, up to the $50 ceiling. The average paid price is $13.57, higher than the median because that expensive tail pulls it up.

Baskets of paid pages

I then picked pages at random from the 3,709 paid ones, 100,000 times for each basket size, and added up a year of fees:

Pages followed Typical yearly cost (median) Cheap end (10% of baskets) Expensive end (10% of baskets)
1 $120 $60 $300
3 about $450 $300 about $745
5 about $775 about $550 $1,140
10 about $1,585 about $1,235 about $2,070

Five paid pages is roughly a phone bill. Ten is a holiday. The spread also matters: two people following five paid pages each can end up nearly $600 a year apart, purely from which pages they picked.

If you mix in free pages

Since a third of pages are free, a random mix of free and paid pages is much cheaper. Five pages picked from the whole snapshot come to about $505 a year at the median, and ten to about $1,040. That gap is the simplest saving there is: before subscribing, check whether a creator’s page is free. Plenty are.

Three habits that keep the number down

  1. Price-check before you subscribe. A page at $25 costs as much over a year as two and a half typical pages. Compare it with what similar pages charge first.
  2. Count the year, not the month. Multiply every new subscription by twelve before you click. $14.99 is $180.
  3. Review the list every few months. Turn off auto-renew on anything you haven’t opened lately. A forgotten $10 page is $120 a year for nothing.

These are list prices only. Tips, pay-per-view messages and promotional discounts aren’t in the snapshot, so a real yearly bill is usually higher, not lower.
