DOJ Seeks Death Penalty for MS-13 Gang Members Charged with Murdering Police Informant The Justice Department, at the request of Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, is seeking the death penalty for three MS-13 gang members charged with murdering an informant in South Los Angeles. Dennis Anaya Urias, Grevil Zelaya Santiago, and Roberto Carlos Aguilar are accused of murder in aid of racketeering and conspiracy to retaliate against a witness. Two of the defendants are illegal aliens, and one is a Salvadoran national with a green card.
