Mexican authorities apprehended an American woman, identified as Yanet Dowden, in San Luis Rio Colorado for allegedly smuggling 5,400 rounds of ammunition into Mexico for a cartel faction. She was reportedly working as a logistics operator for the Los Mayos faction of the Sinaloa Cartel. Several guns, including an AK-47, were also recovered from the Jeep Wrangler she was driving.
