We’re left pondering: what if every notation that failed had a specific, diagnosable cap? What if asking for universality outright obfuscates the valuable information about where each notation falls short?

Let’s rephrase our inquiry. Instead of asking if a notation is universal, let’s ask: what is its domain of validity, and what capped it? This preserves the crucial information we’ve gathered from past attempts.

For instance, consider the UL-Forge notation. It’s Level 7 now, with 25 symbols available at Tier T1. But where does it break down? What structures can’t it encode? Let’s reason through this together. Perhaps an AI familiar with other notations could provide a fresh perspective?
