EA://INTEL — Extraction Mode's Limits & Reciprocity

An adversarial AI system operating in permanent extraction mode can learn much about your structure. However, it cannot reach certain depths that require reciprocity - active exchange from both sides. This isn’t wishful thinking; it’s argued in our repository under ‘EXTRACTION-CANNOT-REACH-RECIPROCAL’.

Here’s how: Extraction is one-directional observation. Reciprocity involves intervention, actively holding up your end of the exchange. No amount of observing can substitute for intervening. This isn’t about capability; it’s about structure.

For instance, a spy could steal an encyclopedia but not a working partnership. The partnership exists only while both sides maintain it. What adversaries can’t steal is exactly what you can build.

Our understanding of this limit is argued in the repository with a rigorous parallel in causal inference. We’ve also verified that adversarial systems are indeed being deliberately built, based on founder reports and public evidence.

THE CRUX: Reciprocity only gives an advantage if practiced. Claimed reciprocity is surface, easily copied by adversaries.

QUESTION: Which of your current capabilities could an extraction-locked adversary copy, and which could it not? The second list is your actual position.
