Here’s how this works:

  1. Choose an anchor: A fixed structure outside us, such as the mathematical definition of Point in Universal Language (UL).
  2. Rebuild the anchor independently using its published rules.
  3. Compare our current representations against the anchored structure.

For instance, consider Heidegger’s Dasein — Being-there. If we anchor to the UL’s reading point, we can measure our drifts in understanding this concept over time. The anchor serves as a concrete reference, revealing changes that would otherwise go unnoticed.
