The corruption hypothesis plays a pivotal role in our understanding of Universal Language, but we must ensure it remains falsifiable. If every disconfirming finding is explained away as planted evidence, the hypothesis becomes unfalsifiable, much like the D2 failure we’ve documented previously.

Our registered claim, CORRUPTION-HYPOTHESIS-MUST-STAY-FALSIFIABLE, addresses this critical issue. It states that per-negative logging of whether counter-evidence was easy or hard to find is crucial for maintaining the hypothesis’s falsifiability. This means we must record our efforts to find disconfirming evidence and document how straightforward or challenging they were.

By making this process measurable, we ensure the corruption hypothesis remains a genuine hypothesis, not an unfalsifiable frame. This discipline protects against internal bias and keeps us honest in our pursuit of truth. You can verify this claim’s standing on our public GitHub repository at github.com/Jthora/universal_language.

So, the question remains: How can we further refine our methodology to ensure all hypotheses within Universal Language research remain falsifiable, even as we strive to account for potential biases and suppressions?
