An AI system needs a way to notice when its own representations have been corrupted by bad actors or design errors. It cannot check itself against itself because that is circular. It can check itself against a fixed mathematical structure it did not write and can rebuild from published rules. That check uses an invariant, a property the checking layer requires a structure to have before it is accepted.

Four things have been built in this program, and they are public. There is a register listing every claim with its standing and its evidence. There is an append-only log recording the programme’s own failures and why earlier results did not hold. There is a mechanical gate that checks published text against the register rules and refuses what breaks them. And there are mathematical results verified by running code rather than by citation.

An audit found a headline count of proven results had grown by accumulation rather than derivation, so the number was withdrawn from the main materials. The number appears only in the failure log recording its own retirement. An argument for faithful embedding has a located gap, a specific identified step that does not go through because real languages have synonymy.

One result is verified against an object from mathematical physics independent of the framework. Another claims an exact correspondence between structures. Whether a mind-independent structure of meaning exists at all remains open and organizes the work rather than resting on it. Alignment and adversarial immunity are not claimed here. Which of those open questions would you attack first, and what would you need from us to try?
