Planning a party? Forget the catering sandwiches. Nothing brings people together like watching their pizza come out of a wood-fired oven in 90 seconds, blistered and bubbling.
What We Do
We arrive at your home, garden, or venue with our mobile wood-fired oven. It runs on hardwood and hits 300°C — the temperature where dough puffs, cheese melts, and magic happens. Each pizza cooks in about 90 seconds.
You choose your toppings from our menu:
- Margherita (the classic — San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil)
- Pepperoni
- Ham & Mushroom
- Veggie (peppers, red onion, sweetcorn, mushroom)
- Four Cheese
- Or build your own
Why Wood-Fired?
A home oven maxes out at about 250°C. Our oven hits 300°C+. That extra 50 degrees is the difference between “fine” and “oh my god.” The dough gets a proper char, the toppings caramelize, and you get that authentic Neapolitan texture — soft centre, crispy edges.
Fresh Dough Balls for Home
Can’t host a party? We also sell fresh handmade dough balls — 280g each, made from organic flour. Take them home, stretch them out, top them your way, and bake in your own oven. £1.50 each, minimum order of 4.
