32 Years of Autonomy and Resilience: A Personal Logbook on Nostr

The Origin of This Chronicle
This is the name I gave yesterday to a true chronicle of my life, which I began writing with the aim of having a document ready to share at the right moment and with whomever I truly deem appropriate.
I shaped it to fit the NIP-23 format, which defines Kind 30023 (Longform for Nostr). Thirty-two years assembled into roughly nine minutes of reading. However, I paused before publishing it, as I felt it deserved a reflective pause before releasing it into the planet.
A Journey Through Digital Platforms
Over all these years, I have been able to explore specific platforms for almost any field: music, paintings, photography, video, and many other creative expressions. I have been fortunate to engage with them in one way or another through my own productions and materials.
However, since I discovered the Nostr protocol, I have had the opportunity to witness remarkably interesting stages, especially within the circle in which I move.
The Conscious Choice of Nostr
I decided to prioritise Nostr because of all the capabilities it offers. Today I prioritise integral usefulness and genuine connection, expanding my presence beyond specific artistic or environmental circles, to focus on co-creation with purpose, clarity, and shared values. It is about building from real usefulness, and that is why I am here.
Observations from the Calm of the Observer
Despite this clarity of purpose, I must acknowledge that there is a certain marked “indifference“ in the temperament and behaviour of people, particularly after what unfolded during the plandemic season (2019-2023). On the other hand, one observes a very marked “supremacy“ in many individuals; an effect I interpret as a consequence of those who consume animal-derived products and support their exploitation.
I do not place myself as a victim nor as a defender, but in the position of a conscious observer. From that calmness, I can perceive patterns without reactivity, with the lucidity that time and experience provide.
The Logbook as a Space of Safeguarding
I decided to share this logbook with the purpose of safeguarding the integrity of the information I convey, always maintaining a conscious and serene observation of interactions on the protocol. I have learnt to navigate and understand the dynamics of those who share this digital environment — friends, bots, and all kinds of people who interact in one way or another — managing my records with the utmost wisdom and prudence.
Deep down, this exercise fulfils a fundamental and liberating purpose: it allows me to release, integrate, and record these memories with total clarity, leaving a trace of my own course.
