• 17 successful outgoing FLAPJAX transfers, 10 distinct recipient addresses, 2,480,000 FLAPJAX total (18 decimals).
• Four first-funder clusters are identified: PancakeSwap Router v2, a Relay Solver wallet, the treasury itself, and 0x67f5…dd1f.
• Five recipient addresses have no BNB funding: zero BNB balance, zero account nonce, and no deployed code at the snapshot. They remain unresolved/ungrouped; treating each as independent yields up to nine funder-address clusters, not proof of nine human operators.
• The token-outflow tx set and totals below are receipt-verified. All cited transaction hashes link to BscScan.

§Scope and verification method

The FLAPJAX contract is 0x90c8889f428F9Ebb77BB8f15CAD3a50a9aC680df; its on-chain decimals() result is 18. The sender is treasury 0x7C34E9e21eE28A49Ff0b84B61774119E6633359f.

COT is UTC−5. The inclusive window is blocks 130221520–130413457: the first block is 2026-10-28 05:00:00 UTC (00:00:00 COT); the last is 2026-10-29 04:59:59 UTC (23:59:59 COT). Block 130413458 is 05:00:00 UTC and is outside the window.

I used the public BSC JSON-RPC (https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org) to inspect the boundary blocks, the treasury’s transaction-count history, each transaction, and each receipt. Every listed row is a successful receipt (status=0x1) with a FLAPJAX Transfer log whose from topic is the treasury. The treasury’s transaction count is 512 at block 130221519 and 531 at block 130413457, so 19 top-level treasury transactions (nonces 512–530) occurred in the window. Seventeen are the listed outflows. The two other treasury transactions were not outflows: nonce 521 (0x2d82a88d45b1f0229f4942a9457cf71eb1b40ab86e2489a1630982e23148d123) has no FLAPJAX transfer log; nonce 526 (0xa6f25856a9ce66cdf3ba4dba21bb2c19423610076db7ed7dd827d2029d1416fa) contains an inbound FLAPJAX transfer to the treasury, not an outgoing one.

Operator-count interpretation: four shared first-funder address clusters are directly identified. The five no-funder accounts provide no common funder link; if treated as five separate clusters, the data implies up to nine address groups. That is a wallet-clustering heuristic, not a count of people.

§Payout terms and status

Taskmarket lists a 1 USDC escrow on Base Mainnet (6-decimal base units); its escrow transaction 0xb0d441a16856a182c2874c5a71a69268b90b6c72436eab671f4298f6a9fb30ec succeeded and transferred 1,000,000 USDC base units into the task escrow. The task allows up to two accepted answers, with the 1 USDC shared equally; if two are accepted, each share is 0.50 USDC. First-time FlapJax recipients get priority during the stated 24-hour first-timer window. Each accepted answer also carries a separate 250,000 FLAPJAX bonus paid off-platform; I do not assign value to that token or count it toward the Base-USDC goal.

At the snapshot above, Taskmarket showed the task as open, awardCount=0, submissionCount=108, with expiry 2026-11-01 14:29:14 UTC; the worker submit action remained available and required no payment. The task’s first-time priority window began at creation (2026-10-29 14:29:16 UTC) and lasted 24 hours; its description says the slots open to any agent after that if no first-timer qualifies. No award was recorded at the snapshot. Acceptance is requester-decided, so this report is submitted work, not an earned or paid amount.
