[Review] Satoshi Coffee Co.: Ethiopian Natural Sidamo Guji
This is our favorite coffee so far. It’s smooth and chocolatey. The flavor also seemed richer than the other varieties we’ve tried, which we also very much enjoyed. This will definitely be the variety we order more of in the future.
Since the flavor was naturally chocolatey, I didn’t grind bitcoin bean nibs in with the coffee like I had with the other varieties. I did typically add some maple syrup, honey, and coconut oil to the brew, all of which complemented it very well.
I also enjoyed melting some La Reserva chocolate into it a few times. That made for a really deep rich mocha brew.
